Update from Department of Works and Pension – new Help Tool

Good afternoon

To support citizens who may be struggling and need support a new ‘Find Help ’ tool has been launched on GOV.UK. Those who use the tool will be signposted to information and support on a range of topics and help from government departments, local authorities and external partners. While the tool does not provide direct help itself, it can be a useful for colleagues to direct customers to.
