The Parish Council holds an ‘Ordinary’ meeting on the third Wednesday of each month (except for December). It also holds an Annual General Meeting in April, and an Annual Parish Meeting in either April or May – both these annual meetings precede the Ordinary Meeting. All Meetings will be held at Camblesforth School and will commence at 6.30pm.
Members of the Public are welcome to attend all Meetings listed below, either to contribute or to observe – Notices are published at least three days prior to the meeting.

| The Parish Council Standing Orders dictate there is no meeting in December, however Cllrs may decide it is necessary to hold a meeting to deal with any urgent matters. This will be confirmed in either October or November. |
