Residents are always welcome to join Cllrs at the meeting to either just observe or to ask questions and make Cllrs aware of any issues / matters. There is a public speaking session to accommodate this. If you have a specific question please forward this to the Clerk within three days of the meeting – this is to ensure you will get a response at the meeting – if raised at the meeting with no prior knowledge, Cllrs will normally take the question away to consider and respond at a later date.
