Camblesforth Parish Council

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE February 2022 (Ordinary) MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL

Parish Councillors are herewith summoned to a meeting of the above-named Parish which will be held on Wednesday 16th February 2022 commencing at 7.00.pm which will be held at Camblesforth Hall.

 IMPORTANT NOTE – PUBLIC ATTENDANCE

The Parish Council will be continuing with its Covid risk assessment  which limits the no. of people in attendance at the February meeting and means a maximum of 5 members of the public will be permitted to attend.  If you wish to attend the meeting in person, please read the risk assessment and contact the Parish Clerk at least two days before the meeting.

Visit of SDC Officer Emma Walton with regard to dog fouling in village

  1. Chair to check Cllr agreement of previous minutes / approval of minutes (Chair)
  2. District Cllr Report and session for members of public to speak (District Cllr Jordan / Richardson)
  3. Financial Report and Accounts (Clerk)
