Formal Notice and Agreed Agenda for the September 2024 Meeting (Camblesforth)
Residents attention is particularly drawn to Item 8.3 Muga Pitch Replacement Surface. In light of the fact there is a need to completely replace the surface and the cost of this will be circa £30,000 – £40,000 Cllrs feel it is important residents are involved in any decision regards the future of the muga pitch. At the moment, if the decision is to replace the surface, the only way this can be funded is :
a) increase the precept to finance the cost of a replacement surface.
b) wait until the Parish Council receives payments from two solar farms.
Residents are encouraged to attend the September meeting to speak to Cllrs on their thoughts on this matter.
