Public Meeting to hear residents views on Comus Inn Licencing Extension Application

Following a request by residents attending the November Parish Council Meeting, the Parish Council will hold a Public / Residents Meeting on Monday, 29th November commencing at 7pm. The meeting will be held remotely by Zoom and log on details will follow shortly. You do not have to register for this meeting and simply need to click on the link which will be provided on the night of the meeting, and you will automatically join the meeting.
The Parish Council understands some people may struggle to use Zoom, and anyone wishing to submit their thoughts should do so by emailing the Parish Clerk or in writing, delivering a statement / letter to either 27 Willow Garth, Eastrington, DN14 7QP (by Post) or 4 Elms Barn (by hand).
Following the public meeting, a Parish meeting will be held on Thursday, 2nd December at which time Cllrs will debate and determine if representation will be made to Selby DC on 3rd December. The Clerk will be instructed accordingly at this point.
This meeting is open to the public, however the Covid risk assessment for Parish Meetings will apply and public numbers in attendance will be limited to 5 people.
Formal notice of this meeting will be published in due course.
Residents are once again reminded that if they wish to support or object to the licencing application, they should do so individually.
