This is an Extra-Ordinary meeting to deal with essential business only. Although the meeting is open to the public, we would ask anyone wishing to attend to note in light of the Governments move to Plan B, our Covid Risk Assessment has been enhanced to include the following:
1 Reduced agenda to cover essentials (Planning and Finance) and all other matters referred to January 2022
2 All attendees to carry out a lateral flow test one hour before the meeting and only attend if the result is negative
3 All attendees must sanitise their hands upon entry and leaving the village hall
4 All attendees to wear masks including when seated (unless medically exempt)
