Members of the public and in particular residents of the Parish are most welcome to attend the meeting either to speak to Cllrs during the designated public speaking session, or just observe proceedings – if you wish to raise anything you are advised to inform the Clerk at least three days before the meeting, otherwise you may not get a response on the evening of the meeting.
