The Parish Council is very pleased to advise that it has recently purchased twenty hanging flower baskets which will be displayed on lamp posts in key areas of the village – Cllrs are hoping this will be the beginning of an annual event and will expand in forthcoming years with residents themselves becoming more and more involved. Longer term we would like to look at flower beds for the Memorial and Millennium gardens
The baskets will hopefully begin to appear mid June and we hope they will improve the appearance of the village as well as raise spirits during these difficult times.
